Idionic is the parent company I founded to build the private inference layer for business — private, owned AI infrastructure where the models, the data and the inference all stay with the customer. The name fuses idio- (Greek: “one’s own”) with -ic: of one’s own. The thesis sits underneath everything we build.

Premya is Idionic’s first venture and my current focus. Sovereign AI deployed on our customers’ own infrastructure — we design, deploy and manage private AI for organisations of every size: local and growing businesses, mid-market, enterprise, and regulated industries. OpenAI-compatible, integrated with the tools teams already use, and meaningfully cheaper than metered cloud APIs at scale.

We have a fully functional prototype running on NVIDIA DGX Spark hardware, and are currently working with early customers across a mix of WA SMEs and regulated organisations in finance, healthcare, legal, government and resources.

Before Idionic I spent a decade in performance marketing and SaaS through 10XR, my Perth agency — running campaigns, building tools, and watching how teams actually use technology day to day. The pattern that kept surfacing was that businesses wanted the upside of modern technology without giving up control of the thing that matters most — their data. Idionic is what came out of paying attention to that.

I work best at the intersection of product, distribution, and execution — moving quickly, shipping the thing, refining in public. Calm, commercial, allergic to theatre.
